Seminar for Embassies in Tokyo

On 30 June 2023, in collaboration with Tokyo Public Law Office and Meguro International Law Office, we organised a seminar on Japanese law for embassies and embassy staff in Tokyo at the Hibiya Library and Culture Hall.

Kenji Yano, an attorney from our firm, gave a lecture titled “The International Family Disputes in Japan: Divorce and Children” in English on the practice of international divorce and children’s issues in Japan. The lecture was given in English.

The event was attended by dozens of participants from many embassies, including online participants. There was also a question and answer session and a good opportunity to exchange views with the lawyers and embassy staff.
